Davide Manca Italian director of photography, has been responsible for the photography of many films, important formats and countless video clips and TV commercials, but the greatest recognition came with short films, appreciated in festivals all over Europe. His first feature film was Et in terra pax, a beautiful film that participated in the Venice Film Festival. Davide Manca's touch is recognizable above all, in the various films, for "his" light, all particular, in which, according to critics "he combines the lesson of classical cinematography with a very personal exuberance typical of advertising photography." He has signed the photography of 27 feature films for cinema, including seven in English and one in French for the foreign market with international actors such as: Gerarde Deparieu, Danny Glover, Rutger Hauer, Michael Madsen, Danny Trejo, Daryl Hannah, Vinnie Jones. Some of his best-known films include Roan Johnson's "Piuma"; Vincenzo Alfieri's "Gli Uomini d'oro"; Walter Veltroni's "Quando"; Younuts' "Sotto il sole di Riccione"; Botrugno Coluccini's "Il Contagio"; and Vincenzo Alfieri's "Ai Confini del Male" 1. Currently, he is working on the TV series "Un'estate fa" for Sky Italia and "The Agency" for Amazon Prime, directed by F. Ebbasta. He directed the photography for Andrea Molaioli's "Circeo" for Paramount Plus; "Il Cacciatore" (season: 1,2,3) for RAI2; "I Delitti del Bar Lume 2,3,4" for SKY; and the TV series "Lontano da Te" bilingual Italian-Spanish co-production for MEDIASET. He has also worked in photography for documentaries, including Luca Guadagnino's "Bertolucci on Bertolucci" and "Quando c'era Berlinguer".
