An Italian director and screenwriter, Stefano Lodovichi is among the authors who have explored genre cinema and television series, distinguishing himself for his direction, which combines narrative tension, visual exploration, and character depth.
After his debut with the short films No End (2007) and Dueditre (2009), he made his feature film debut with Aquadro (2013), followed by the thriller In fondo al bosco (2015). In 2020 he directed The Room, with Camilla Filippi, Guido Caprino and Edoardo Pesce, distributed on Prime Video.
His career also developed in television series, with productions such as Il Cacciatore and Christian, up to the film Il Falsaro, confirming his interest in intense stories, complex characters and contemporary narrative languages.
In the keynote “Direction”, Stefano Lodovichi will retrace his artistic and professional journey, delving into directing between cinema and seriality: from the construction of narrative tension to the direction of the actors, up to the stylistic and visual choices that help define the identity of a story.
Heroes will celebrate his talent and contribution to Italian cinema and seriality with the HEROES ACTION AWARD, a recognition of his creative journey and his ability to interpret and renew the languages of contemporary audiovisual storytelling.
