Turkish producer, director. He was born in Istanbul / Fatih, in 1995, as first children of the Gökmen-Dilek couple. He completed his primary school years at Kalem College. In the first years of high school; he started to study French at the French Cultural Center. At Italian Culture; he attended Italian courses for young people.
In 2017, he graduated from Istanbul Şehir University Political Science and International Relations Program (English). Within the same institution; he is also Cinema and Television Double Major Program student. From the first years of the university; after working at various levels such as translator, production assistant, assistant director in many commercial and film production companies; From the beginning of October 2019; he continues his work life as a project based director / producer at a commercial & film production company.
ŞEHİD SÖNMEZ
Muhammed Şehid Sönmez was born in 1991 in Selçuklu district of Konya. He graduated
from İstanbul Şehir University, Department of Cinema and Television (English). He has four
short films, one documentary and one music video, which he wrote and directed during his
university years. In addition, there is one feature script he is currently working on. The last short
film Kutu (The Box), which he wrote and directed, was entitled to be in the official selection,
semifinals and finals of many international film festivals.
