Heroes IFF 2024 - Submit your film
From December 11 to 13, 2024 in Rome, Heroes International Film Festival, the independent festival dedicated to feature and short films in the sci-fi and fantasy, horror and thriller, action, adventure and transmedia genres, returns.
The official Heroes IFF program features a stories section in competition (short films in the science fiction or fantasy, horror, thriller, action, adventure or transmedia genres), divided into two categories which International Short Films Competition, made by independent productions and authors in the film and visual arts, and International Graduation Films Competition, made by students and young adult from international universities and academic institutions, and a universes section with international feature films (science fiction or fantasy, horror, thriller, action or adventure) that will award the "Film of the Year prize".
Submit your work no later than October 13, 2024!
Works in the competition must be in the science fiction or fantasy, horror, thriller, action, adventure or transmedia genre.
Only works made on or after January 1, 2023 are considered for official selection in the stories competition of the festival. Such works must never have been screened by television networks or online broadcasts and must have a maximum duration of 30 minutes.
Only works made on or after January 1, 2023 shall be considered for the festival's official Universes Competition selection. Such works must have never been screened by television networks or online broadcasts and must have a minimum duration of 52 minutes.
