Carmine Guarino

Carmine Guarino is a set designer. He began his career in 2005 with a film by Paolo Sorrentino. He was also assistant set designer for the films The Family Friend (2006) and The Star (2008). In 2011 he was the designer of the boxer film Tanka directed by Giuseppe Gagliardi and the film La kryptonite nella borsa directed by Ivan Cotroneo. Internationally, he collaborated with Hungarian director István Dárday as assistant to the film Az emigráns. He also collaborated with Stefano Incerti as decorator of the film Gorbaciof, the story of a cashier in the prison of Poggioreale, from which he draws money to pay for his gambling habit in particular poker.
